Straight answers

Is this a job?+

No. Internectual is a remote, training-based internship that works the way a real software team works: briefs, tickets, deadlines and reviews. It is non-stipendiary and does not create an employment relationship, and we say so in every letter.

Who reviews my work?+

Every ticket is reviewed by an AI code reviewer that reads your repository (README, key files and commit history) and checks each acceptance criterion. You see exactly which criteria you met, with feedback on what to improve. You can resubmit up to three times.

Is there a fee?+

Yes, a small one-time enrollment fee that covers the workspace, reviews, reports and verified documents. It depends on the duration you choose and is shared in your offer letter, only after you are selected. There are no other charges.

Can I join from outside India?+

Yes. The programme is fully remote, deadlines follow your own time zone, and international cards are accepted.

How much time does it take?+

Plan for 15-20 hours a week. Work whenever suits you; only the ticket deadlines are fixed.

What if I miss a deadline?+

You have a three-day grace period with a 50% score penalty. After that the ticket is marked missed. The weekly report shows this honestly, like a real manager would.

How do employers verify my certificate?+

Every certificate and Employee ID has a QR code and an ID that can be checked on internectual.in/verify.

Your first sprint starts on a Monday.
